The grounding energy and the beginning of all transformation.
It represents returning home to yourself, healing from within and creating balance in body, mind and soul.
When we understand the cause of the imbalance, we can tailor the healing to the body's needs, and create change that is not only felt, but that lasts over time.

But in the external environment we live in today, the body can easily become unbalanced. Lifestyle, habits, mindsets and experiences affect us physically, mentally and emotionally.
Imbalance always has a root, a place where everything once began. By finding the root of the problems experienced, we can adapt the healing process to you and your body.

Moola Heart
Throughout life, we may experience events that evoke strong emotions, and if these emotions are not processed, they can become trapped in the body as energy blocks. Some of these trapped emotions can create a wall around the heart as a protection during more challenging times. It was necessary at the time, but the more layers we build up, the more it can also prevent us from fully feeling love, trust, closeness and connection to ourselves and others later in life.
By releasing these blockages, the heart can reopen and vibrate in its natural frequency of love and balance.
