General
These terms apply to the purchase of services and digital products offered by Emelie Olsson (Moola). All services and products are provided online and are available for booking or purchase via moolatribe.com.
By booking a session or purchasing a digital product from Moola, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Booking & payment
Bookings and purchases are made via moolatribe.com. Payment is required in advance at the time of booking or purchase. A confirmation of your booking and payment will be sent to you by email. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
The booking becomes binding once payment has been completed.
Digital products (such as guides and PDF files) are delivered digitally and are non-refundable after purchase.
Payment is processed via card payment through Stripe.
If a session cannot be carried out due to circumstances beyond my control (such as technical issues or illness), you will be contacted and offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, will be charged in full.

All cancellations and rescheduling requests are handled via this email address.
Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling Act)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the service has begun with your explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired. By booking a session within 14 days of purchase, you consent to the service being provided and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires once the session has taken place.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after purchase.

The services offered include energy work, coaching, and other holistic practices and are not intended to replace medical care.
I am not a medical doctor or psychologist and do not provide medical diagnoses or guarantee medical results. These services do not replace professional medical or psychiatric treatment. In case of acute symptoms, please seek medical care immediately.
All services and digital content are used at your own responsibility. No specific results are guaranteed.
Confidentiality
I work under strict confidentiality. Everything shared during sessions remains private. Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law, for example in cases involving serious risk to life or health.
