I work holistically, meaning I view the body as a whole, how body, mind, and soul interact and influence one another. The focus lies in understanding the root cause of the challenges you’re experiencing, rather than simply relieving symptoms on the surface.

By identifying which factors have contributed to imbalance, and what is needed to restore it, we create the foundation for deep and lasting healing.

The subconscious

The subconscious is the part of you that remembers -everything.
It stores memories, behaviors, reactions, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that have often been formed from an early age.
Things you may no longer remember, are not consciously aware of, or don’t fully control.

This is also where suppressed or trapped emotions are commonly found.

The subconscious influences you more than you might realize.
When something happens in the present, it automatically connects to past experiences, and the body responds in the way it has learned, an automatic reaction, a pattern that can be difficult to change, even when you consciously want to.

You may have experienced knowing exactly what you should do to create
change, you have the tools, the awareness, the understanding, yet still find yourself falling back into the same patterns, thoughts, or situations.

This does not mean you are doing something wrong.
It may mean that your subconscious is still in control.


Up to 95% of our decisions and actions happen subconsciously, which means that much of what we believe are conscious choices are actually driven by old stored programming.
By working with the subconscious, we can begin to understand ourselves on a deeper level, release trapped emotions, break negative patterns, and create change that truly lasts.

Energy Healing

Energy healing has been used for centuries and is based on the understanding that everything is energy.
You are energy, your emotions are energy, even imbalances in the body carry energy.
When energy becomes blocked or imbalanced, it can manifest as physical, mental, and/or emotional discomfort.

The Emotion Code®


The body is viewed as an energetic system, where blockages and imbalances, often connected to trapped emotions, can affect both physical and mental well-being.
Most people carry some form of emotional baggage from life experiences that were not fully processed at the time they occurred. Some experiences leave a deeper imprint than others, but even events we no longer remember or consider significant today may have left traces in the body.

All humans carry trapped emotions to some degree. For an emotion to become trapped, it doesn’t require a major life event, sometimes a brief, unprocessed experience or an emotionally heavy day is enough.

An emotion is energy, and when it isn’t processed properly, it can become lodged in the body like a small ball of energy, disrupting the body’s natural flow. Each trapped emotion vibrates at a specific frequency and can negatively affect surrounding tissues and organs.
Trapped emotions may originate from your own experiences, but they can also be inherited or absorbed from others. Emotions can be passed down through generations, and as emotionally sensitive beings, we may also take on the emotional states of those around us.

When you carry a trapped emotion, you also tend to attract more of the same feeling, reacting more strongly and experiencing it more frequently.

Trapped emotions can manifest as:

  • Physical discomfort or pain
  • Negative behavioral patterns
  • Unhealthy habits
  • Inner stress, worry, and anxiety
  • Negative thoughts and emotions
  • Low mood
  • Emotional triggers
  • Difficulty experiencing love, joy, and success


Emotion Code® is a method used to identify trapped emotions and gently release them, helping to clear emotional blockages that have contributed to imbalance in the body.
This can have a powerful effect, supporting greater balance on all levels.


The Body Code®


A more comprehensive method that works with multiple energetic systems and builds upon the principles of Emotion Code®.

The focus lies on six main categories:

  • Emotional imbalances
  • Energetic imbalances
  • Toxins
  • Pathogens
  • Structural misalignments
  • Nutrition and lifestyle


The method maps the connection between mental and physical challenges and can identify imbalances in organs, glands, nutritional status, and energy flow.
The work is designed to balance the body from a holistic perspective and to identify and correct underlying causes of imbalance, rather than focusing solely on surface-level symptoms.
By correcting these imbalances, the body is given the opportunity to activate its naturally built-in self-healing ability.

These methods were developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson,a holistic chiropractor who noticed a recurring pattern among many of his clients. Individuals with long-term physical and emotional challenges often carried unresolved emotions and trauma.
Through clinical experience, he concluded that these so-called trapped emotions can deeply affect the body and manifest as both physical and mental symptoms. From this insight, he developed methods to identify and release emotional blockages through muscle testing and communication with the subconscious.

on the understanding that the body is inherently self-healing when given the right conditions.

A 60-minute session focused on a specific issue you experience.

During the session, we use a combination of Emotion Code® and Body Code®, adapted to what is most suitable for the area we are working with.

Moola Heart

Three 80-minute sessions focused on the heart, the center of love for yourself and others.

Trapped emotions around the heart can form what is known as a heart wall, created as protection during challenging times. Over time, however, this wall can limit our ability to fully experience love, trust, closeness, and connection, with ourselves and others.

A heart wall may contribute to:

  • Resistance to giving or receiving love
  • Pain in the neck, shoulders, or chest

How a session works

Sessions take place remotely, which may raise questions for some.
Energy work is not bound by time or space, the body and subconscious communicate independently of physical presence. Remote sessions are therefore just as effective as in-person sessions and are often experienced as safe and deeply relaxing, as you can remain in your own environment.


We begin with a short conversation to clarify the focus of the session.
I always work individually and tailor each session to you, your body, and your needs.


During the session, I connect with your energy and subconscious.
Through muscle testing, I receive guidance from your body regarding the underlying causes of the challenges you’re experiencing.


Using a magnet, the energies that the body is ready to release are cleared, while any misalignments are corrected.
We then continue with complementary tools to further support you on your path toward your goal and a more sustainable sense of balance.

Your body and subconscious hold an immense amount of information and are far more intelligent than we often realize.

This information becomes accessible when you begin to listen inward.

The underlying causes of physical, mental, and emotional challenges are often a combination of multiple imbalances within the body.
The goal is to release what blocks the body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.

Your body knows exactly what it needs, and how to heal itself - we simply provide the right conditions.

The number of sessions needed varies entirely depending on the extent of the issue we are working with. Some experience noticeable changes after the first session, while others require several sessions to achieve lasting results.
Deep, sustainable balance is a process that unfolds step by step. It is about allowing the body the time and support it needs to restore its natural state of balance.
Your body guides the process. It knows the order in which energies need to be released, how much can be worked on at a time, and what you need, and do not need, in order to return to balance.
During the session, we receive information directly from the body, release and correct what is ready to be let go of, and add tools that can help you maintain balance over time. An important part of the process also takes place between sessions, where your own participation and support are essential.
In some cases, this may involve adjustments to habits or lifestyle in order for the results to be sustainable.
By working with information from your subconscious, we create the best possible conditions for results that are fully tailored to you and your body.

No. One of the greatest benefits of this method is that you do not need to relive or talk about past events unless you wish to. You also do not need to remember specific situations.
Your subconscious knows exactly what is connected to your experiences and releases what is needed, at a pace that is right for you.
If there is a specific event you wish to work with but do not feel comfortable sharing, that is completely fine. It is enough that you hold it in mind, your body will guide the process.

I always work under confidentiality, and everything that takes place during our session remains private between us.

During a session, some people experience physical sensations such as tingling, warmth, gentle pressure, or a sense of release. Yawning, sighing, or a deep feeling of relaxation are also common.
All experiences are individual, and it is equally normal not to feel anything specific during the session. A lack of physical sensations does not mean that no work has taken place.
After a session, you may feel tired, and sometimes the body may respond with temporary symptoms such as mild headaches, nausea, or mood changes. This is part of the body’s natural healing and integration process and is usually short-lived.

As we work with energy, space is created for the body’s natural flow to restore balance. For this reason, it is beneficial to drink plenty of water both before and after a session, as it helps support balanced energy flow.

Many also experience a deep sense of calm and relief afterward, as if a weight has been lifted. In some cases, improvement may be felt immediately, followed by a temporary worsening a few days later. This does not mean that anything has regressed, but rather that the body is now ready to work on deeper levels.

Energy is not bound to a specific location, which means it can be transmitted regardless of distance. This is why the communication works just as effectively remotely as it does in person.

During a session, I connect with your energy and receive guidance from your subconscious regarding the root of the challenges you are experiencing. 
To receive information, I use muscle testing, and to release energies, magnetic stimulation is applied. In distance sessions, I function as an extension of your body and perform the testing on myself.

Many people appreciate distance sessions as they take place in a safe and familiar environment, where the body often finds it easier to relax and receive the work.

Muscle testing is a method primarily used within kinesiology and energy-based therapeutic practices. Through gentle manual pressure on a muscle, information is received about the body’s neurological response and potential imbalances.
The muscle’s reaction, whether it remains strong or weakens,is used as a communication tool to understand how the body responds to different stimuli, such as emotions, stress, nutrients, or specific imbalances.
The method is based on the interaction between body and mind and is used as guidance to identify what the body needs in order to restore balance.
